How to Buy
Go to the pages with the items that you wish to buy and press the Add to Basket button for
each item. When you have finished selecting the items go to the Checkout page.
From this page you select 'Order these Items' to confirm that you wish to proceed and then you will be asked
for details concerning the invoice and delivery addresses and payment method.
Payment Methods
We accept credit card payment. Place your order and your credit card company will convert
the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Laser. We do not charge until we are ready to dispatch. You may give your credit card information over the phone or by fax if you prefer. You may also pay by cheque - contact us by email, spailpin@eircom.net, before placing your order.
Delivery
Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you need to confirm your order.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order within 3 business days. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be informed by
email, and given the option to cancel the order. Postage will be by standard mail within Ireland and by standard airmail to
all other countries.
For delivery within Ireland (32 counties):
Standard class usually provides delivery within 2 days.
For Delivery to the United Kingdom
Standard class usually provides delivery within 7 days.
For delivery within the rest of the European Union:
Standard class airmail usually provides delivery within 7 days.
For delivery within USA and Canada:
Standard class airmail usually provides delivery within 10 days.
For delivery within Asia, Australia and New Zealand:
Standard class airmail usually provides delivery within 14 days.
Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock we will inform you by email and may offer you an alternative or the opportunity to cancel.
Credit Cards
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software
when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Only our order processing department can read the details. They are not held in a readable form on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee you will be happy with your purchase. Please return any item within 30 days if you are not satisfied.
