Máirtín Ó Cadhain was one of the greatest writers, probably the greatest writer in Irish in the 20th Century. A native of An Spidéal, Co. Galway, he was the author of many highly acclaimed works, many of which have been translated to other languages.

Cré na Cille, is probably his most famous novel, and depicts the "life" in a local graveyard in Cois Fharraige as different people pass away and join the community under the soil.

This CD set is a dramatic radio version of Máirtín Ó Cadhain's Cré na Cille which was produced for RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta in the early 1970s by Conamara poet and dramatist, Johnny Chóil Mhaidhc Ó Coistealbha, ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

The package contains 8 cds. (NB. The language is very rich and in very strong Conamara dialect)
